A major listed investment company in the healthcare and education sectors has confirmed the Dh453 million sale of North London Collegiate School’s real estate assets.
Dubai-listed Amanat Holding announced that it has sold the asset to an undisclosed third-party buyer, who will be responsible for covering the value-added tax (VAT) and Dubai Land Department (DLD) fee.
Amanat Holding anticipates that the sale will result in a gain for the company. In a statement, “it noted that the transaction aligns with its strategic objective of enhancing shareholder value and concentrating on core investments, specifically in the healthcare and education sectors."
Amanat remains committed to delivering value to its shareholders and advancing its monetization strategy for the education sector," said Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, chairman of Amanat, following the first-quarter results.
