BEYOND Developments announced the launch of the region’s first forest-inspired district by the sea, alongside Talea — the debut residential tower in a planned series — underscoring its commitment to shaping forward-looking communities.
Located in Dubai Maritime City, this pioneering destination is designed as a coastal sanctuary focused on nature, wellness, and sustainability-establishing a new standard for nature-integrated urban living.
By adopting a nature-first approach in the city’s core, BEYOND Developments reinforces Dubai’s drive to become a global model of sustainable, resilient, and inclusive urban growth — in alignment with national strategies including the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, UAE Net Zero by 2050, and the D33 Economic Agenda.
According to Adil Taqi, CEO of BEYOND Developments, the launch signifies more than the rollout of a new housing development.
“This development illustrates how thoughtful design can provide forward-looking solutions to both climate challenges and urban wellbeing. Living and working in the city myself, I understand the growing need for spaces that genuinely encourage healthier, more connected communities. It is our duty as developers to shape environments that advance sustainability while improving everyday life.”
Talea, the first tower in the district, reflects the rhythms of nature with its organic lines, lush vertical planting, and floor-to-ceiling glazing that integrates forest views into each residence. Housing 354 units, it includes one- to three-bedroom apartments and a select number of four-bedroom penthouses. The interiors emphasize natural hues and earth tones, complemented by sweeping views of the sea, city, and forested surroundings.
