Dubai is set to debut a new private island retreat, featuring a maison with 30 suites and 40 private pool villas. The project, announced by Dubai-based investment firm Shamal Holding in partnership with Cheval Blanc, will mark the luxury hospitality brand’s first maison in the region.

A select number of branded beachfront residences will also be available for UAE residents, offering seamless access to Cheval Blanc’s full range of services. The retreat will feature bespoke wellness experiences and refined, elevated dining journeys.

The spaces will celebrate the island’s natural surroundings while enhancing the essence of modern luxury. This project is part of Cheval Blanc’s selective global expansion strategy, aimed at creating truly distinctive destinations. It also represents a significant step for Shamal as it continues to curate and deliver groundbreaking firsts for the region.
