Bokhowa Contracting & Trading Group has been named the principal contractor by Naseej, a prominent Bahraini developer, for the development of the Nasayim Arad “Smart” Project, which is situated in the Governorate of Muharraq.

According to a statement from Naseej, Nasayim Arad is a significant development that is positioned on the edge of Arad Bay and offers breathtaking views of the bay and the open water. It is intended for families who want to purchase their ideal houses.

According to the statement, the waterfront development offers affordable home plots and villas for sale to recipients of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning’s numerous programs.

At the company’s exhibit at Cityscape, Naseej CEO Amin Al Arrayed signed the deal with Bokhowa Group CEO Hassan Bokhowa. He noted that Nasayim Arad is receiving positive investor reactions because of its strategic location in a sought-after neighborhood that is well-developed with roads, infrastructure, and facilities.

Arad Fort, Seef Mall Muharraq, Bahrain International Airport, shopping centers, medical facilities, schools, and sports clubs are all easily accessible by foot from the project, he noted.

Officials from DG Jones & Partners Company, Smart Way Consulting, and Mohammed Al Gharib Architectural & Engineering Consultants attended the signing event.
